Auckland Libraries has assembled the Our boys, Our Families Research Guide to enable you to carry out independent research into the people who took part in the war, from soldiers on the front line to nurses on hospital ships and those who remained at home.

The Ministry of Education has compiled a resource pack for schools.

The National Library has a collated First World War resources. 

Auckland War Memorial Museum provides a wide range of educational opportunities to help engage students with the events of the First World War including animated videos and an  activity recreating Gallipoli in Minecraft. 
 
The Great War Exhibition 

National Army Museum, Waiouru also has educational resources available on line. 

The Commonwealth War Graves Commission has a wide range of teaching resources available online.
