Return Policy
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about your purchase. 
However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase within seven days after delivery, please contact us to discuss your concerns. 
We may, at our discretion and only if the goods are in saleable condition, either exchange your purchase or accept your purchase back and provide a refund. Freight and associated costs of all product exchanges or returns will be met by the purchaser.
If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 to provide a remedy.
Cancellation Policy
If an order is cancelled and written or email notification has been made to and received by us before shipment, there will be no charge and any payment made will be refunded.
Transaction Billing
We are a New Zealand registered charity with Incorporated Society status. All transactions will be billed in New Zealand Dollars.
Delivery Times
Provided that the products ordered are in stock, delivery will be made by standard postage or courier as applicable within five working days of receiving payment for the order.
If the products ordered are not in stock, then we will advise the purchaser of the expected delivery time and the purchaser has the option of continuing with the purchase or cancelling it.

The Fields of Remembrance Trust was established in 2012 to honour those who served and died for our nation during World War One.

The Trust is made up of the Passchendaele Society, the Royal New Zealand Returned and Services' Association, New Zealand (RNZRSA) representIng all local RSAs, and the Auckland RSA. It is a registered charity.
